How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business day.


Australia

  • $10.00 Standard shipping (1-5 business days) on all orders
  • $15.00 Express shipping (1-2 business days)


Please note: Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days.

How do I track the location of my order?

Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number. If you are still unable to find your tracking number or track your order, please email us at info@coastalbronze.com.au

Yes! We have a store location on the Central Coast NSW at Coastal Cryo Body & Beauty 2/13 Anzac Rd, TUGGERAH NSW 2259

Can I purchase Coastal Bronze Wholesale?

To place a wholesale order please email us at info@coastalbronze.com.au and one of our team will get back to ASAP to help with any of your equiries.

 Cancellations 

Can I cancel my order?

Email us at info@coastalbronze.com.au ASAP with "Cancel my Order" with your order confirmation number in the subject line. If the order has not been dispatched we can cancel the order & may be able to issue you a refund, however if it has been dispatched, then we will be unable to process your request.

If you still wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will have to return your order back to us within 14 days for a refund. $10 for shipping & handling will be deducted from all refunds.
